Jencol Recruitment Ltd was founded in 1989 by Jenny Collins, and are specialists in office staff - from juniors to top level office based personnel and management.

The Company's success has been achieved through Jenny's own experience in a variety of office procedures and a determination to bring a personal, sensitive touch to the often delicate business of recruitment. All candidates are required to register in person and are interviewed by Jenny or a member of her team on an appointment based system. No charge is made for registration. An integral part of the interview involves the candidate being tested using the 'QWIZ' Training and Testing Software Package.

Jenny takes pride in the fact that all client requirements are dealt with on a personal and professional basis. Each team member at Jencol Recruitment Ltd is trained to deal with all queries, which enables a productive rapport to be established between client, agency, and candidate.

Over the past 18 years Jencol Recruitment Ltd has established and maintained an extensive database of employment opportunities and skilled temporary/permanent personnel covering a 30 mile radius within the four counties of Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Staffordshire (as far as Burton-on-Trent).
